Falling from Grace...

So Friday I had an embarrassing and hurtful moment. I was working using a step stool and fell off. As my foot landed my ankle buckled and sent me sprawling into this wooden ladder. It happened so quickly. One minute I am standing and filing and the next I am on the floor smacked against this ladder....
