  • Re: I'm Thankful!

This salmon breathing is so awesomely fantabulous that I thought we all could use a piece of Artella ZERO CALORIE Rainbow Birthday Cake to go with the Thanksgiving and Celebrating going on around here. Just blow the candle out and make your wish come true. (You can use your own or salmon breath -- it...

  • I am grateful for people who care

It is a wonderful thing to have people who care that will take the time to do something for others even though they may not know who the person is on the receiving end. The Artella community continues to amaze me with the generousity and love and support it encompasses and is willing to share with others...

  • Re: Constance Comments

Today and always, I AM grateful, to and for... 1. Julie and chameleon, for caring enough to read and respond and encourage others daily. Doubly bless them today! 2. The God of creation for this beautiful day, the clear skies, and the strong winds in our stand of trees to remind me of his power. 3. My...

Fantastic rework, annamarie! Your work is inspiring, thoughtful and fun.... The Artella ribbon or 'thread' that holds us together is the perfect finishing touch. Along with the lacing on the Girl Digital Rework, I'm curious about the ribbon - hope you can give some how-to's. - chameleon

  • Re: Altering New Digital Books from Artellaland

Oh oh. You're going to hate me! I sent my third one in to be set up in the Flash program, and am waiting anxiously for it to be ready. This one is very different from the first two I've done. It's a children's story I wrote, and I put it in the "Hilltop" book. I really hope...

  • Re: Link to Bill's first finished book

What's amazing to me is how wonderful it is to be able to share art like this with my online friends like you. Many family members just don't understand why we artistic people would want to create whatever it is we create. I've done a real collage for each copy of my zine I'm making for...

  • Re: Alberta, eh?

Hi Bev, Happy to hear there's other Albertans out there - just knew there had to be more! Paper has got to be one of my favorite art mediums as well as collage and altering this, that and everything in between. One thing I haven't tried is creating dolls although that is on my definite to-do...

Hi, Bev, Welcome to Artella Forum. I'm so happy to see you posting. Be sure to join in the discussions, especially in ArtellaVision section. It's a little more personal-centered, and in the Who We Are, Where We Are you might learn about our homes, gardens, home towns. Welcome again, Pat

  • Re: carolinas

Boy, can I relate to what you're saying, Saqqara... "I would kill for some good junk shops, craft shops with unusual stuff, a decent flea market-the one here is mostly new "fakes" stuff and cheap novelty crap. I see all kinds of great shops in magazines and wish they could be here...
