Open the door and breath; say an immediate and spontaneous prayer of gratitude.

Stand still, breathe what is around you. Let the clutter-full thoughts you had in your office

fall softly to rest around your feet, like leaves: you are a tree. 

Sigh deeply, open your shoulders back like wings, lift your chin.

Let nature in.

The composition of this piece just grabbed me and drew me into your gallery.  I love the colors and the blend of individual elements.  And after reading your poem, I did take a deep breath and close my eyes and have a wonderful vision of the great outdoors.  Nature is one of my favorite places!  Thanks for a wonerful retreat before I close my eyes for the day and drift off to sleep.
