I’ve been sewing, crocheting, and embroidering for as long as I can remember – and that’s a pretty long time! I’m most fond of fiber arts – sewing, quilting, crocheting, knitting, machine and hand embroidery – but I’ve been branching out into other areas such as digital art and photography. My most recent forays are into drawing, water colors, pastels, scrapbooking, and card making. As you can see, I’m dabbling in everything at the moment! Everything looks fun and interesting and I have so many ideas of things to try that I am sometimes overwhelmed.

To fund my art supply shopping expeditions, I have a full time day job as a program manager where I manage as many as 40 projects at a time.

I live in Wake Forest, NC with my husband of almost 30 years, Bill, and our furbabies – two dogs. Bill, who is a software engineer and plays the bagpipes, has recently taken an interest in more creative pursuits himself, so we are having fun enabling each other these days!
