Gift [G] Have a Swap Idea? Here's What to Do...

    Hello everyone!

Here's the new "Swap Central" location where you can find out about various swaps, trades, and projects going on in Artella Land, and even host one of your own!

If you have an idea of a swap/trade/round-robin/exchange you'd like to host, simply send us a quick email to customer-service@artellaland.com with "Swap Proposal" in the subject line.  Include in the email a brief description of the swap you'd like to host.  For example, you might say something like: "I'd like to host a swap for artistic tiaras.  Participants will create a tiara and send it to someone else in the group, and receive a tiara in return.  I'll take care of organizing who sends to whom.  I was thinking I'd limit the swap to a maximum of 20 participants."

Once we receive your idea, we'll get back to you right away to let you know that we've set up a new FORUM in the Cafe where you can post the details of your swap, and participants can communicate with one another.

Then, it will be up to you to post the details of the swap, and attend to the questions posted by people who visit the forum.  We'll spread the word about your swap throughout various locations in Artella Land!

When you post the swap details in the newly-created forum, be sure to include:

    1. What each participant is expected to create

    2. What each participant can expect to receive

    3. Details related to things like size restrictions, postage requirements, etc.

    4. Instructions for what participants need to do to sign up

    5. Deadline for signing up

    6. Deadline for completing the swap

Note that all swap ideas need to be approved prior to posting, and Artella has the discretionary right to decline any swap idea suggested.  Both hosts and partcipants are joining in this activity at their own risk.  Artella does not accept responsibility for any issues or misfortunes that may occur as a result of participating in a swap posted in The Artella Cafe.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at customer-service@artellaland.com
