The Artella Staff has voted on their favorite post for Blog Topic #7, on the topic of "A Perfect Moment"

 
The Artella Staff has selected two winners - a post by non-Artella staff, and an "in-house" favorite post by a staff colleague.  Both winning posts win the prize of ANY downloadable workshop in the "Kid's Menu" Series, a collection of 10 workshops for grown-up kids presented by Marney Makridakis and Jill Badonsky.

This must be a memory you return to over and over -- to that eon between anticipation and realization of something so yearned for! I could feel her in my own arms.

It was such a touching story, so moving and heart warming. The entry was so vivid I could feel the anticipation and excitement!

I loved the imagery and the peacefulness in her post. The pictures were an added bonus. I loved the theme of enjoying the quiet winter moments.

I don't much like winter, but Tammy almost made me wish I could experience winter wonder moments.

I am so excited! What a nice surprise on a Monday morning. Thank you, thank you, and I will have fun choosing a workshop. Let me know what I need to do after I choose ( I looked and they all look interesting!)...so I need a code number or anything? I have had a so much fun participating in Artella blogs and galleries, after months of being in "suspended animation". I am also enjoying reading so many great postings and seeing the creativity of other Artella members. I am feeling like part of a community, something I was missing until lately, far away from family and long-time friends. Thank you for providing this for all of us.

First of all, congratulations on your win, jacquerose!  It was well deserved with the story you told of your daughter's arrival into your life - truly perfect!  Secondly, welcome back to the Artella community where your creativity can soar along with the rest of us.  Your posts and images are a pleasure to look at and enjoy.
