Thanks!  I used an effect in Paint.net called 'glow'.

Here's my fountain -- only it isn't really a fountain, it's a chandelier!  (There's a bigger version in the Gallery.)

I love your fountain, Kim! 

The saying "Balance is the key to life" is so true.  I figure if an elephant can balance on a beach ball, surely I can do as well or better!  Here's my rework of  the fountain.   - chameleon
