Well, I guess I can say that I did, though not for artistic purposes. When I was around ten years old I dyed my barbies hair red. I was not a fan od blonde hair and that was all barbie had back then. I imagine you could have alot of fun altering a barbie. As for glue, I am not sure what would be best (perhaps the glue they sell for people who put together plastic models?).
