If you haven't been back in awhile, you wouldn't recognize it. The rate of growth is insane.

Tina , I lived in Calvert County for a few years ( I probably already mentioned this ) , and  loved  the goodies I got from  Woodburne Market on Solomon's Island.

They had these delicious  seafood paninis....

Hope everyone had a great  Turkey day !

I know!  I visit my parents at least once a month--they live in the Fair Hill area and my brother lives in Elkton--I went to Rising Sun High--graduated in 92.

I'm gonna get you woman!!!!!   Hmm   Don't let me see you at Potomac Mills Christmas shopping Big Smile  bahhahahahhahaha

Stuffed ham, I believe, is a old time Saint Mary's County delicacy.  I have NOOOOO idea how to make it.  Whenever my Dad gets it for holidays and I ask about it he says "I got it down in St. Mary's County somewhere" and he won't tell me anymore.  It's very salty.  It's stuffed with this concoction of like ground up kale and spices.  It is absolutely out of this world and very unique.  I spoz being a redneck does have it's advantages  WinkCoolBeerYes

baahaaa! I couldn't  resist!!! The ham sounds delish. Big Smile

Hey if you do get to Potomac Mills give me a holler and we can meet for lunch! Time

There's a yummy middle eastern "fast food" place nearby with good food. Not much atmosphere or seating, however.

     hugs, Heather
