Wanted to share a scrapbooking book that I found...it really impressed me.  It presents a ton of not-just-your-ordinary-scrapbooking ideas. It's called Out of Bounds by Judi Amidei and Torrey Scott.  Very inspiring for all kinds of art!

I took a look at "Out of Bounds" and this is a fabulous book on Scrapbooking. It has clever, original, and unique ways to approach scrapbooking, including ideas and layouts. This book is perfect for me since one of my objectives is to color outside the lines as well as think outside the box. I have added this book to my library of resources. This book can be found at Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and Borders. My local Barnes & Noble ordered it special and I had it in my hands three days later. Thanks for the great tip, Marney!

Hi everyone!

Just finished viewing all the great posts in the Wave of the Future - Scrapbooking at http://artellacafe.com/forums/p/3386/18334.aspx#18334 and popped over to have a look-see at the book you were referring to.  Has anyone been inspired from this book to make a layout that they'd like to share with all of us? 

Yeah, you're probably thinking that's chameleon again prompting us to show our work and you're absolutely right!  When I'm looking at books about scrapbooking for possible purchase, I not only browse the way they have placed the photos and paper but also the text they've used.  Personally, I think the text can really enhance the page but if not done in a pleasing way, it can also detract from it.
