Look for the threads with this thumbs-up icon: That means that that particular thread contains that week's contest entries that are available for voting. After you vote, you get a free prize!
Also, look for the threads that have this "star" icon next to them, which means that a contest is open for entering: Again, you get a free entry prize, just for entering!
And when the winners are announced, you can identify those post by looking for the threads with the "lightbulb" icon:
