I didn't see this on your list. I donate quilts to Project Linus -- I don't know if this group exists outside the U.S. or not. They provide quilts, crochet, knit and tied fleece blankets to children who are in the hospital or in crisis -- been through a natural disaster, fire, etc. I have found them to be very easy to work with, but I think a lot probably depends on the chapter coordinator -- ours is a real jewel. We also have a local drop off point which makes things easier.
