OK, Goya dear, but even in Spanish, for it to be a TRUE FIB, the lines have to have syllables like this:   1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8

Now I can take SEATTLE as two syllables, but I can't take VEO as one syllable!!  La amistad is OK at 3 syllables in Spanish, since the two "a's" elide into one syllable.

Do you know the mathematical progression upon which the FIB is built? Start with 1, 1  -- and from then on each term is the sum of the two preceeding it.  That's why its 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8.  If you kept going, it would be 13, 21, 34, 55 --- and so on.

I REALLY missed you while you were at the other end of the world!

 I will look into it.....I had a great time in the other side, it was SUMMER:

Lovely poem, Goya -- but not quite a FIB.  Your syllable count should be 1-1-2-3-5-8

and yours is 1-1-1-3-5-7

But it certainly doesn't have to be a FIB to be a beautiful poem!

Goya -- what a beautiful poem about your hair -- are you then una peliroja?  I was, but ahora tengo pelo blanco!

Cuidado con la tercera linea del FIB.  Debe tener DOS syllables, and "made" only has one.  Perhaps -- "is made"?

Goya, the poem touched me deeply because of my homeland - the mountains, the sun, and my hair color. Although, the mountains are really the Sandias with that lovely sandia color at sunset!
