Does this ecard image need to be a digital image or can it be a scan of something hand-drawn?

It can definitely be a scan of something hand-drawn - as long as the orientation and dimensions of the "final product" are as specified above.

Hi Guys!

I'm having problems with the pixel dimensions specified for this contest. Is there an equivelant in inches for the 400 x 229 pixels? I can't get that precise dimension, however, when I do get close, my card resolution goes right down the drain and looks horrible. The original is about 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. I'm working in Microsoft Digital Imaging Suite 9 because my Photoshop froze up on me Friday night and uninstalling and re-installing doesn't work. Can you help with this problem.

Hi Everyone! I also would like to say thank you to everyone who voted for me as well.  I am grateful for this opportunity to join Artella and all of the talented artists that you have here. I plan to learn from all of you. I enjoy the varied talents (mixed media, digital, writing) that Artella showcases.

I have sent out ecards many times to family and friends but to actually have a card selected in the Creativity Challenge #8  was exciting, to say the least!  Thanks everyone for your vote of confidence. I certainly had alot of fun designing it.  Congrats to everyone who found time at this busy time of year to play with art.
