    Frosty the Snowman!

Just in time for Christmas - free holiday vintage graphics!  For voting in Creativity Challenge #6, everyone received free (and how often do we get free things these days?) holiday graphics.  My first attempt was Frosty - an old-time favorite.  Thanks, Artella, for generously giving voters a chance to sample some of Artella's many offerings. Big Smile Melydia inspired this attempt with her beautiful ATC's and hope to create more from the awesome collection.  I've posted it to the Creative Sparks Gallery at http://artellacafe.com/photos/creative_sparks/picture6119.aspx

I love it!! Did you do everything digitally?

    Hi Heather!

Yes, everything done digitally with Adobe Photoshop.  The image we received for voting was the middle "Frosty" and the rest was added:  record cover from 1950 sung by Gene Autry, opening lyrics of the song, the music notes, and the text "Frosty the Snowman".  I also added a thin black border on the outside and two inside red borders around the main image - oh, a snowflake background seemed fitting for the background.  I see the next challenge (#8) is creating a Christmas e-card so that's got me thinking......how 'bout you, Heather?

Oh, digital art is a mystery to me. My digital art consists of scanning something, printing it out and using it or altering it some before using it. The Christmas cards in the challenge are all wonderful! I'd buy each one to send out to friends and family.
