    Losing weight joyfully

I just wanted to share this with anyone who might be interested, because I think this is really exciting.

The ever-wonderful Jill Badonsky is giving a free teleclass on December 4 to introduce her ground-breaking new program weight-loss and healthy living program, "The Body Blissmas and a Happy New Rear"

Everything Jill does is so creatively unique and effective, and this new program promises to be fantastic.  Sign up at http://www.kaizenmuse.citymax.com/page/page/5164010.htm

Here are the "Top 10 Reasons to Join Body Blissmas":

    1.    It solves the problem of needing and wanting to lose weight (and keeping it off) in an easy and enjoyable way without depriving yourself of the pleasure of eating. If you're already your ideal weight - the program will reinforce a creative way to boost your wellness.

    2.   It provides structure, inspiration and experiences to enhance your ability to be more creative and fits it into your busy schedule.

    3. It breaks through creative blocks and blocks that we routinely experience when wanting to make positive changes, including: overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, low self-confidence, bad habits, difficulty finding time for your passion,  and self sabotage.

    4.  It develops self-respect by training the mind to work toward your higher purposes in a more automatic way.

    5.   It provides a support group of inspiring, warm, like-minded, creative-oriented women.

    6.  It SO goes beyond just weight loss and into the ingredients of a fulfilling and enriched life of creative inspiration, laughter, health and reward.

    7.   It redirects your preoccupation and passion to a creative outlet, rather than a caloric one.

    8.   It lasts because the simplicity, joy, and satifisfaction motivate you to continue. It becomes a habit. It defiantly breaks the rules.

    9.   The skills you learn for the program can be used to enhance every other area of your life.

    10.   You will feel and look younger.

Doesn't it sound cool?  Plus, Jill's free teleclass will undoubtedly be full of great info, so if you're even slightly interested, you should go for it!

I know -- women only for this group.  I can't be in the group, either -- I'm not in the target age group she wants for the pilot (42-65).  We'll just be left to our own devices!  Sleep

    Hi Marney!

I will certainly be signing up for this class and I don't even need 10 reasons. This sounds like  it might be a wonderful opportunity to deal with this particular health problem in a different way. Jill did a relaxation class this summer on one of the Artella Cruises and it was absolutely fantastic. Afterwards, I felt like I had had a massage. I felt like I was in Nirvana!

As soon as I read the words, "The Body Blissmas and a Happy New Rear" I thought now this is for me!  I'm signed up and very excited about trying something that sounds so refreshing and energizing.
