Inchies

These are my first ever “Inchies”. I made them for the first Artella Inchie Swap hosted by Judy Bleuchick (Thank you, Judy!)

Even though I was a little discouraged while making the first one, I soon got the hang of it.   After that, it was tons of fun and I had a blast.   I couldn’t wait to put them in my blog so I created a little digital layout to showcase them a little. I hope you like them.

If you would like to see more of the details on each of the Inchies, go Julie's Joy Gallery at http://artellacafe.com/photos/julies_joy/picture7447.aspx.  Click on the words "View Sizes" immendiately below the image and you can view a larger image to see the details.

I hope you have as much fun looking at my Inchies as I did creating them for the Artella Inchie Swap.

Hugs,     Julie

Inchie Digital Layout was created from kits and elements from the Digital Arts Café Designed by Melothria. The Butterfly is a freebie add on from the Digital Arts Café designed by Rhondogg.

I’ve seen these little inchies all over, usually with paper or sometimes with fabrics but I haven't dabbled in it yet.  You have sent my brain whirling with ideas on how to use these and make dozens and dozens!  Thanks, Julie, for sharing your little creations with us.

Julie, here's my artist-or-no gut-level reaction:

This is absolutely one of the prettiest things I've ever seen!  If in a shop with a hundred other "pictures", I'd immediately check the price tag on this one.  If it perfect, to me, in every single way.

Brilliantly displayed as a whole, and I think a person would never tire of studying the parts.

Bravo!  cb
