Wine Experience
Tonight was my first official wine tasting. Roger and I met up with Rebecca and Candace to get our wine taste on.
Here is Roger taking the first taste:
There were sheets to write a lot of details about each wine down but my palate isn't quite up to par to get a lot of details down. I gave it a star if I liked it or wrote "eh" if I didn't. Technical I know. Rebecca was great about explaining some of the wine tasting basics to us and I finally learned what it means when a wine "has legs"! Tonight was the night of Shiraz and most were really yummy.
